Peter Andrew Clayton passed away on the morning of the 17th November 2007, he was due to turn 30 on boxing day. Pete lived a full and fun life and experienced more in his 29 years than most people do in a lifetime. Petes philosophy in life was summed up in an email he sent me on the 26th Oct 2007
β You have tunnel vision! You take life too seriously! You will wake up one day @ 35 40 maybe even 50 and realise what have i been doing for the last 30 years! Jenny life is not all about work you are a long time dead! DON"T TAKE LIFE TOO SERIOUSLY NOBODY GETS OUT ALIVE ANYWAY!
YOUR bIG BRO'S WORDS OF WISDOM!Xβ This is more poignant now than I would have ever thought. Pete was born in Dublin and leaves behind his mum and dad Ronnie and Ethna and his two younger sisters myself Jenny and βour little sisβ Siobhan. Pete travelled and worked all over and passed away in Thailand where a hit and run cut short his life. The person responsible has dissappeared. He always told us that it was the most beautiful place, although i have never been, i will one day.Pete you will be missed by all of us, we love you very much and im sure you will entertain everyone wherever you are. Love ya xxxxxxxxxxx

May god bless & rest your soul in peace my old good friend!
I had not seen Peter for a very long time, and heard about the sad, tragic news through a good friend. I was somewhat shocked and could not believe that such a great, friendly, happy & larger than life character had been taken away from us at such an early age.
Now & again i used to bump into him in Lytham, and he always used to greet me with a grin a laugh and a big hug.
God rest your soul Peter in heaven above.
My thoughts are with your family & good friends always!
Your friend always!
Damian
